Receptions

A reception is a different problem from a wedding: more people, less structure, and everyone arriving at once. The hall holds 800 floating against 400 seated, which is the number that matters for an evening reception where guests come, greet, eat and leave across a few hours rather than sitting through a ceremony.

The main hall is centrally air-conditioned with a stage at one end, and the dining hall is a separate room with its own serving access — so the queue for dinner never runs through the middle of your receiving line. Guests move between the two without the function stopping.

Lighting and sound are set up for an evening event, and a DJ or live music is fine within Karnataka government norms on amplified sound and cut-off timings. Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm what those norms mean for your date.

Decor is open. We have an in-house decorator who knows the room's proportions, and you are equally welcome to bring your own team — the stage backdrop, the entrance and the aisle are the three areas most families spend on.

The same applies to catering: our kitchen is fully equipped and available, or your caterer can use it. Either way the dining hall seats guests in rotation rather than all at once, which is what keeps an 800-guest evening moving.

Valet parking handles around 50 cars, and the hall sits directly opposite the Jayanagar 9th Block old bus stand — genuinely useful when half your guest list is arriving independently after work rather than in a convoy.

Receptions usually run on the Half Day package (12 hours) or the 24-hour Signature package if you want the room from the morning for setup. The 24-hour package includes 5 + 2 A/C rooms in the same building for family travelling in.

A 50% advance confirms the date.
