Catering & Decor Coordination

Most families booking the hall already know roughly what they want on the plate and how the stage should look — what they want from us is for it to happen without ten separate phone calls. This is that: coordination of catering, decor and the vendors around them, arranged alongside your hall booking.

Vegetarian catering runs from our in-house kitchen, currently in the region of ₹600 to ₹650 per plate depending on the menu and the count. That is the caterer's price, quoted separately from the hall — it is not bundled into the package rates, so you can see exactly what each part costs. Menus are built around what the function calls for: a naming ceremony lunch and a reception dinner are different jobs.

You are equally welcome to bring your own caterer. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and we hand it over; plenty of families have a cook they have used for years and we would rather work with them than around them.

Decor works the same way. Our in-house decorator knows the room's proportions and what reads well from the back of a 400-seat hall, and can work to a brief and a budget. If you already have a decorator, they get access to set up and we coordinate the timing so it does not collide with catering.

Photography and videography coordination is available on the same basis — our contacts, or yours.

What this really buys you is one point of contact. Instead of separately briefing a caterer, a decorator and a photographer on the same timeline, you tell us the schedule once and we hold the vendors to it.
