The hall works as a conference and seminar venue as readily as it does for family functions, and for the same reasons: a single 400-seat centrally air-conditioned room, a separate dining hall, and a location that most of Bengaluru can reach without planning.
Four hundred seats in theatre layout, fewer if you want tables. The room is a clear span with a stage at one end, so sightlines work from the back. Lighting is adjustable and the sound system handles a room this size; bring your own AV team if your programme needs more than that.
Generator backup runs 24/7, which is the detail that matters for a day with a presentation schedule — an outage mid-session is an expensive problem at a corporate event in a way it is not at a wedding.
Catering runs through the separate dining hall, so tea breaks and lunch happen without turning over the main room or interrupting the programme. Our in-house kitchen is available for vegetarian catering, or bring your own caterer.
GST invoicing is available, which is usually a requirement rather than a preference for a corporate booking. Talk to us about what your finance team needs on the invoice and we will sort it before the date.
Valet parking covers around 50 cars, and the hall is directly opposite the Jayanagar 9th Block old bus stand — worth knowing when delegates are arriving independently rather than on a company bus. Lift access and housekeeping throughout, CCTV on site.
Annual days, conferences, seminars, training sessions, product launches and team offsites all fit. The Half Day package covers a standard conference day; the 24-hour package makes sense if you need the room from the previous evening to set up, and it includes A/C rooms in the same building for visiting speakers or staff.
